To purchase from GIOLIÀ Jewelry you must be of legal age (18+ in Mexico) or have authorization from a legal guardian.
Products and pricing
Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) by default. You can choose to view prices in US dollars (USD) using the switcher at the top; USD is referential — the final charge is made in MXN at the exchange rate at the time of the transaction in Shopify.
We reserve the right to modify prices and availability at any time without prior notice. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time you confirm your order.
We do our best to display faithful images of each piece, although tones may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Orders and payment
The purchase process is completed on Shopify (shop.gioliajewelry.com.mx). We accept the payment methods enabled by Shopify Payments: credit/debit cards and other methods available in your region.
Your order is considered confirmed when you receive the corresponding confirmation email.
Intellectual property
All site content — images, text, design, code — is property of GIOLIÀ Jewelry or used under license. Reproduction without written authorization is not permitted.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the site running correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We are not responsible for indirect damages arising from use of the site or products, beyond what is established by applicable law.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Mexican law. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts in Mexico.
