We accept returns within 15 calendar days after receipt of your order.
Conditions
The piece must be unworn, in pristine condition, and in its original packaging.
It must include all components it arrived with (box, pouch, cards, etc.).
For hygiene and sanitary reasons, some products like earrings may have specific restrictions. We will confirm eligibility when you start the process.
How to start a return
Email us at giolia.jwlry@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Within the next 48 business hours we will send you specific instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the piece, we process the refund in the same payment method used.
The refund typically appears in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Return shipping cost
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error in sending you the product, we cover the cost of the return shipment.
If it is due to a change of mind or other reason not attributable to us, the return shipping cost is on you.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for another piece instead of a return, email us and we will coordinate it. The same time and packaging conditions apply.
