Delivery times
Mexico: 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation.
International: 7 to 14 business days, subject to customs processing.
Times may vary during peak season (Mother's Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day). We will notify you by email if your order is affected.
Shipping costs
Orders over MX$599 within Mexico: free shipping.
Smaller orders: cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your postal code.
International shipments: quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Packaging
Each piece ships in its GIOLIÀ gift box — ready to give as is.
If you'd like to include a personalized gift note, let us know in the order notes at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive an email with the tracking number for real-time tracking.

Incorrect addresses
If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you will need to cover the cost of the second shipment.
